NVMD.Inc provides a platform for vision care empowerment and behavioral optimization. Our Lumii smart frames utilize Edge AI technology to monitor contextual behaviors (such as posture and lighting) to help users develop healthier visual habits.

The Services provided by NVMD.Inc, including all insights generated by the Lumii app, are for informational and behavioral optimization purposes only. * Lumii is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including myopia.
The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your ophthalmologist or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
4. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify NVMD.Inc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to the "Nevermind" brand, Lumii product design, Edge AI algorithms, software code, and logos—are the exclusive property of NVMD.Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Lumii hardware or software.
Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
Circumvent any security-related features of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVMD.Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.
